To make a reservation, first check availablity and then fill out the form below with your perferred dates.
Rates:
$125/night per suite for 1 to 3 nights.
$100/night for 4 or more nights.
Plus 11.4% state tax on all rates. No cleaning fee.
$700 security deposit - refundable if no damages,
Payment is only accepted in the US currency.
Deposits
| • | The security deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation. |
| • | The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. |
| • | Payments by check or credit card (Visa, Master, or Discovery). |
Cancelations
| • | If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $35. |
| • | If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked. |
| • | Please purchase trip insurance if there is a chance you will have to cancel. |
General Policies
| • | Check-in time: 3 PM; check-out time: 11 AM. |
| • | Please let us know if you require an early check-in or late check-out. We try to accommodate those requests with advance notice. |
| • | No smoking anywhere on the property and no pets please |
| • | Amenities, rates and policies subject to change without notice. Rates for December and March may be higher than published rates. |
